Have you been
looking for a unique and
memorable way to celebrate your
child's birthday? Have you been
so busy at previous birthday
parties that you did not get an
opportunity to watch the guest
of honor?
Hocking
Valley Youth Sport Center (HVYSC)
has the answer. We
provide over 20,000 square feet
of fun in a safe and supervised
environment. Each party is
tailored to specific age
group. Our Funtastics Party is
perfect for those busy, little
legs that belong to the toddler
to kindergarten age group The
interactive music, miniature
gymnastics equipment and games
really keep them moving: while
those energetic kids from 6-12
years of age get to experience
our open foam pits, trampolines,
and spring floor. Regardless of
age, it is a party that will be
remembered for a lifetime!
WHY HVYSC?
Besides the fact that we have
the largest indoor "play" area
in Fairfield County our talented
staff will dedicate their
energies to making this a
memorable day for all those
involved. Parents are encourage
to take pictures & video cameras
are always welcome.
The
following services will be
provided:
School Age Party (Ages 6-12
years)

Provide & decorate the
viewing room with balloons,
banners and special birthday
decorations (Parents are
welcome to drop off
decorations if they would
like a specific theme.)

Provide a unique party full
of energy, draining fun
involving music, games and
supervised play on the
Olympic-sized gymnastics
equipment.

Invitations with a release
form (guests bring the
signed form to the party)

provide the clean-up
committee!
Funtastics Party (Ages Walking -
6 years)
-
Provide & decorate the
viewing room with balloons,
banners and special birthday
decorations (Parents are
welcome to drop off
decorations if they would
like a specific theme.)

Provide a tailored party
full of preschool music,
games and supervised play on
"miniature" gymnastics
equipment. In addition,
these "go-Getters" get a
chance to experience the
foam pits and tumble trak in
the school-aged area of the
gym.

As the Parent of a
Birthday Child, What Do I
Provide?
Initially, HVYSC will just need general information regarding
the Birthday Child and the
guests. the age of the guest of
honor is usually the determining
factor of the type of party that
will be conducted (i.e.
Funtastics and School Aged).
However, the activities can be
adapted for varying age groups.
We will need the anticipated
amount of guests so that
adequate staffing is provided
for the party.
One week prior to the party, the number of guests will be
confirmed with the parents.
Note: the minimum cost of the
party is determined by the
confirmed number of guests.
However, parents will be
responsible for the cost of any
additional guests that would
arrive on the day of the party
that are not included in the
confirmed number of guests.

to Bring to the Party:

What
to Wear to the Gym:
-
Shorts/Sweats, Leotards,
T-shirt & socks (gym
clothes). No Buttons or
Zippers, No Jewelry Hair in
a ponytail.
Arrival Time:
Party family may
arrive 15 minutes before party
time. Party guests should arrive
5 minutes before the party time
to get ready and to turn in
release forms.
Length of Party:
Most parties are 90
minutes, but we can specialize any
party to suit your needs!
Departure:
Your party will have
10 minutes to gather items after
the party ends. There are often
other parties scheduled during
the day, so please help us stay
on schedule.

What
Do I Do?
Call HVYSC at
653-3547 to schedule a day and
time for your party When an
instructor is set for the party
the office staff will call to
confirm the party with you. 50%
of cost is required within 3
business days after the party is
confirmed. The remaining balance
is due on the date of the party.
* Occasionally there are
other groups in the facility
during party hours.
