Celebrate Your Birthday With Us!

Have you been looking for a unique and memorable way to celebrate your child’s birthday?

Have you been so busy at previous birthday parties that you did not get an opportunity to watch the guest of honor? Hocking Valley Youth Sport Center (HVYSC) has the answer. We provide over 20,000 square feet of fun in a safe and supervised environment.

Each party is tailored to your specific age group. Our Funtastics Party is perfect for those busy, little legs that belong to the toddler to kindergarten age group. The interactive music, miniature gymnastics equipment and games really keep them moving; while those energetic kids from 6-12 years of age get to experience our open foam pits, trampolines, and spring floor. Parties will have a focus on structured gymnastics activities along with supervised play time. Our party families will get to see how much fun gymnastics is. Regardless of age, it is a party that will be remembered for a lifetime!

Besides the fact that we have the largest indoor “play” area in Fairfield County, our talented staff will dedicate their energies to making this a memorable day for all those involved. Parents are encouraged to take pictures & video cameras are always welcome.

Book your party

Call HVYSC at 740-653-3547 to schedule a day and time. A $50.00 deposit is required after the party is confirmed; the remaining balance is due on the day of the party.

School Age Party — ages 6-12 years

  • Provide & decorate the viewing room with balloons, banners and special birthday decorations for your snack and present time.
  • Provide a unique party full of energy draining fun involving music, games, structured time and supervised play on the Olympic-sized gymnastics equipment.
  • Invitations with a release form (guests bring the signed form to the party).
  • We provide the clean-up committee!

Additional options available include ninja warrior, if you have an idea just ask!!

Funtastics Party — ages walking to 6 years

  • Provide & decorate the viewing room with balloons, banners and special birthday decorations.
  • Provide a tailored party full of preschool music, games, structured time and supervised play on the “miniature” gymnastics equipment.
  • Invitations with a release form (guests bring the signed form to the party).
  • We provide the clean-up committee!

In addition, these “Go-Getters“ get a chance to experience the foam pits and tumble trak in the school-aged area of the gym.

As the parent of a birthday child, what do I provide?

Initially, HVYSC will just need general information regarding the Birthday Child and the guests. The age of the guest of honor is usually the determining factor of the type of party that will be conducted (i.e. Funtastics or School Aged). However, the activities can be adapted for varying age groups. Mail parent release forms with invitations, release forms will also be available on the day of the party. We will need the anticipated amount of guests so that adequate staffing and set up is provided for your party.

What to bring to the party

  • Pizza
  • Cupcakes
  • Fruit, cheese (or other nutritional snacks)
  • Drinks (water bottles, juice boxes or pouches only PLEASE!!)
  • Cameras / video cameras (optional)
  • Additional theme decorations (optional)
  • Party guest parents bring signed release forms

What to wear to the gym

Shorts/sweats, leotards, T-shirt & socks (gym clothes). No buttons or zippers, no jewelry, hair in a ponytail.

Party times

Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Other times may be arranged if schedules allow.

Arrival time

Party family may arrive 15 minutes before party time. Party guests should arrive 5 minutes before the party time to get ready and to turn in release forms.

Length of party

Our parties are 1½ hours in length with 1 hour of gym time then ½ hour in the viewing room for presents and your snack.

Departure

Your party will have 10 minutes to gather items after the party ends. There are often other parties scheduled during the day so please help us stay on schedule.

Cost

Funtastics and School Aged:
1.5 hours — $185.00 for up to 15 children, or $235.00 for 16-25 children.
2 hours — $235.00 for up to 15 children, or $285.00 for 16-25 children.

When an instructor(s) is set for the party the office staff will call and confirm the party with you. On rare occasion there may be another group in the facility during party hours. Adults are not permitted on the gym equipment at any time during the party.
